I really like this house and the way they redid the inside.

I can't speak for the inside but from the outside it looks like one over the back of us that was about $80k a couple of years ago.
Correction. 2015 $45k. A family lives there now, same building.

There are places in BC where you can find houses for under 100k, tend to be semi-isolated places with limited employment or on an island.

I am not always bored when working....
For those who can buy a house there are a lot more options available vs renting affordability wise.
Rents in that region are lower vs Vancouver but not really affordable due to wages being lower at least in the jobs I can potentially get.

What do you think of this low key, modest entry level home. Not my cup of tea.

I dont care for 1 or 3. 2 would be okay if it was move in ready, the design isnt horrible. But for a tear down not my cup of tea.
Seems like Vancouver there where a modest old house ready for tear down are over a million.
I would imagine the mansions of Vancouver are a pretty penny too.

The 2nd one is very very similar to my old house in England.. internally (well, the lounge and a bedroom or two anyway, lol)! Now that's made me miss it!
