To quote Kierkegaard, "The highest and most beautiful things in life are not to be heard about, nor read about, nor seen but, if one will, are to be lived."

I''m going to buy myself a bottle of this - it also goes down a treat with some whisky (whisky mac) on a cold winter day!

I remember camping in the 70s and taking some soups recommended for camping. Foul stuff. Pot Noodles were far better.
But there are many equivalents here in the supermarkets. Can something so basic be so different?
I buy those three at a time.
But it annoys me when I see various brands like ASDA which appear to be the same thing and are a fraction of the price.
I've yet to persuade anyone to go to the trouble of posting me a pack as they seem to come in pouches that wouldn't be expensive to send rather than cartons which are.

what, Stone's and a blended Scotch? Why yes, yes indeed. That's been the go-to tincture in my hip flask for many years, and has a long tradition as a warming drink on a cold day (science notwithstanding).

not sure this is possible at Xmas. If I'm still conscious for 'Call the midwife' it's all good.
