Some pork hocks and potatoes from the Hungarian club then a little cafe ole'.

Ramen and fresh kimchi. not fermented at all. Party in my mouth, as they say.

Large salad...kale, shredded carrot and low cal dressing. Small baked potato with a little cheese.

Low fat Greek yogurt.

I have the above most days.

A small glass of (low sodium) V8 juice and a 1/2 an apple for my dessert. I'm looking forward to Christmas.

I love V8 veg juice. I could drink the entire bottle in one hit though.

French toast. Inexpensive to make and tastes okay.

I put a couple of splashes of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and pretend it's a bloody mary.

Fish with hot ginger sauce, rice, and kimchi.

Says on the can 1 cup = 2 servings of vegetables; that seems a little light considering the tomato is actually a fruit, but I'm not going to argue with a tin can. Of course, I'll probably have something a bit more substantial after I settle down. Bloody Mary - more than an unfortunate nickname.

No lunch today; there is more work to do and the tour bus for tonight's extravaganza is waiting outside. A quick break to vaporise some cannabis before the back-ache work (and lucky to have that) and then back to the wars.
