I'll look next time I'm there.

Perhaps as compensation you can get the Jamaican Curry Powder that N2O gets in Ontario.

Deal. I think shipping on a tub of curry powder might be considerably cheaper than a frozen lobster bisque...

I found it! I found it!

But it was $4 for one and $6 for two, for s rather small portion. I passed, sorry.

Well, I did say it was expensive. Buying two would make it equal to what I paid. I'd have it again for that and just offset it by ridiculously cheap prices for other things.

If you pronounce it basque, Madonna might pull it down.

Prob was I was at work so I could have microwaved one for lunch, guess I could have stored the other in the freezer, where it would be found in ten years time...

Chicken with penne with roasted garlic and mushrooms with rosé sauce. And garlic bread.

Tried the McDonalds 12 (disastrously forgetting that location doesn't do salads).

It wasn't bad but seems to be another example of mcdonalds trying to sell burgers of some sort for $2 higher than a standrad one.

So I took the plunge today- and realizing the tiny portion size went for the two-for $6 offer.

Off to microwave it now...

Salmon and mango salsa with a Greek yogurt Waldorf salad. Nothing funny or remotely interesting about this meal it just brings to mind the Bernard Williams article, The Makropulos Case: Reflections on the Tedium of Immortality.

Aaaaaaannnd...

It was excellent. Karma to Mr Bristol. Needed both packs to make a suitable lunchtime portion but for $6 can't complain.

I think that's the conventional persuasion over here but I still like the occasional one.

Me too. I prefer raw onion in mine with mustard and ketchup.

Mustard and Ketchup is one of those great combinations. Like cheese and onion; dollop of ketchup in egg yolk; beer and peanuts; whisky/7up and dry roasted peanuts; chips and mayonnaise; cheese and onion sarnies and 'warm' beer.....
