i'm down another 4 pound...i'm going to have to check what it is in total now pound wise, but i'm down 14.3 kg...so just over 2 stone ;-) ...or 31.5 pound.

I've hit my 10% goal (a mere 10 and a bit kilo) , trying ot figure out what my next 'big' goal should be?

Well I am back from holiday and on the straight and narrow again...

I was well chuffed that after my first week on holiday I almost hit the stone in 2 weeks - I was just 1lb short. But then disaster struck....my friend and I fell out big time and it was a very stressful week prior to the row so I ended eating out a lot and that generally included Fish and Chips....or sandwiches....

But, weigh in last night...I'd only put on another 1lb - so all in all off with 5.5 and on with 2lbs after 18 days - I don't think that is bad at all.

So, now back to it and I'm going to try realitavtly hard this week - I'm not going to starve myself....but I will stay within the bounds of reality and see just what that achieves. So, rushing around this morning only managed to have Apple and Banana for breakie, so I splashed the points on a Stir Fry with lots of beansprouts for lunch. Dinner is last nights left over Spag Bol made into a lasagne.....

Quite ingenious I thought....while I was in the kitchen clearing up after the said Spag Bol, I just chopped up mushrooms (forgot to put them in the Bol) put a loose layer of spag on the bottom of the casserol dish, then on with some bol, a layer of shrooms, a little bit of cheese sauce, then more spag finishing that off and more bol finishing that, then last layer of cheese sauce and a sprinkle of grated cheese on top. The oh look - no more left overs to pick at.....

So I can have a good portion of that tonight with a huge salad and I will be stuffed and happy.

Well done Caitlin....I'm getting there....had a bit of a blip for the last 10 days but not irriversable and I've gotten more determined as I've seen the blip hasn't cost me too dear....what I have to remember is not to blip too often!

Hey - I've got a question....

If a pack of gum says that each piece is 10 calories, is that amount just chewing the gum, or also for swallowing it, or the average calories for chewing on it?

HPM - your too funny

I believe it the calories for chewing on it - you need to get the sugar free stuff. I'm not sure how many calories you actually use up by chewing on the stuff though?

Well it is time I joined in! Been in Canada for a year now and put on LOTS of weight. So I started my WW diet on Monday and have 28lbs to loose.

Also am 30 on Monday and would like to be able to say I was slim(ish) in my 30th year!

Eek that means my weigh in day is on my Birthday! I better be good this week or I will be upset on my Birthday!!
