Hi Amy....well I began WW 5 weeks ago and I've dropped 17 1/2 lbs so far...a stone + 3.5lb. I can't believe it....I'm feeling quite motivated....I've got just over a year till I'm 40 and I would like to be back to a 16 or less...I have a lot to loose though so a long way to go...another 4.5 - 5 stone minimum to go....so lets go girl
