Well done, 5 stone is an amazing amount to loose. I once, years ago, did 4 stone but its back with me now. Never ending struggle. Still we now have 13 days to go so I hope once we land I can get positive. I have said to OH the first thing I want to buy is a push bike so I can get used to the roads. So look out Nanaimo for that chubby woman on bicycle

Oh Help!

for 18 days I have eaten fish'n'chips, kebabs, bacon and eggs, cream cakes, sausage rolls, pork pies, the list goes on and on. I did eat roast lamb and all the trimmings and also steak and kidney pudding with fresh veggies but other than that. OH DEAR!

So back to Curves from Monday, back to 1200 calories for a week on Monday and lets get this thing started all over again.

Honestly it got to the stage looking a cream cakes in Tesco when I said to hubby, nope, I really don't want a cream cake today

Oooh! I am quite relieved that I can still fit in my new smaller sized clothes still - some are not quite as comfortable but it's not as bad as I thought it may be!

Not even been here a week yet and am watching the pounds. MIL is doing most of the cooking until we get sorted with cooker fitted etc, but she cooks with butter all the time, butter on veg, butter on bread, butter on everything. Then full fat milk and cream etc in things.
When we went shopping I picked up some natural yoghurt and low fat cream cheese and she looked at me as though I was an alien. So i am biting my tongue and just putting the odd bit in the shopping basket when we go out. We are dependant on her for her car at the moment, so hopefully in the next week we can get a car and stock up with weight watcher type food that i am used to. At least I do have my skimmed milk and sweeteners.
Comments earlier about me getting a push bike, I now understand what they mean. So will have to get out walking especially as its such nice weather.
Once driving sorted I will be asking about nearest weight watchers and if any of you go to a class in this area.
Nadine

Why not consider Curves (if there is one near you) after the initial sign up it works out about the same per month and you get to excersise and weigh and measure too.

Saying that.......... Someone will you please kick me up the bum! I need to get back on track!
