I know they can be a pain bu they do a lot of work and stuff for the kids in Newcastle.
They sponsor a local kids football team and they spend ages in the local school playground when they pick up decs niece and nephew signing autographs and having their pics taken.
Not many would do that.

Not sure if anyone else has done this but someone posted a set of their house details that was for sale through our door the other day, which got me to thinking.
Where I live there a quite a few flats with first time purchasers in, those that were on the market and have gone under offer or sold I am going to post my house details through their door.
Who knows a bargain house with no chain might just be what they are looking for.
Its worth a shot don't ya think

I'm sure one of these fluke things will pay off in the end. I will follow your lead and start publicising my house more if things don't pick up soon.
People must have to move house - jobs etc, where are these people? Why aren't they buying?
