PHEW!!!!!!! ok my house is now spotless again! Kids chained to the sofa. FIsh and chips for tea which they will have to eat in the garden - Lucky for them it not raining! 
I am at a meeting at my sons school tonight so a very good male friend of mine with copius amounts of sales experience is going to do the showing around for me. Cant see me beign there will make much difference - i just give off desperate vibes
Other than that offer them favours !!!!

jsut noticed a cobweb in the corner! how on earth did i miss that!!! Ok - as it turned out they arrived early so i was still here. A lovely couple in rental at min. Asked how quickly i could be out
Told them about having somewhre lined up and could be out in 6 weeks if need be. (they seemed to like that!) The measured up for their furniture and planned where to put the vegetable plot So i am quietly optimistic. BUT there again i have been pretty much each time i have had a viewer

ok so i havent been on for a day and bloody hell have you lot done some whinging
so the story goes, still no viewings, havent heard from agent in a week and wondering if they've given up might give them a call tomorrow. have i missed any good news..................anyone??????
