The best weather was when we had deep snowfalls overnight, & the town snow-plow went by the morning to clear the road, creating a compacted 6ft wall of snow @ the end of our driveway. So we'd all be snowbound until we'd dug ourselves out. By which time there'd be more snow, & the town plow would go by to clear the road.... My son used to really love it!!
