I know this and I am in the process of trying to sort out a $12 grand tax bill that I do NOT owe. I filled in my P85 and even contacted the local IR office before we left and they confirmed I owed...

Yep, our company collects worldwide (if the debt is big enough) as centurion covered earlier. We cannot use passports (mentioned earlier in the thread) as we dont have that sort of...

LOL. People go on about companys not being able to chase, our company is an international one and defaults are registered early on which affects the UK credit file only. It doesnt have an impact on...

The oz government are looking at putting it put into place and should be in for 2008. But some companies use international debt collection agencies.

You will be charged to move money from oz to your UK bank, but not for the movement of money around the UK. www.smile.co.uk has won awards for the past couple of years as being the best online user...

Think you may find inline with the FSA you should have signed a credit agreement. i have never ever heard of a company sending out a credit card without a credit agreement being signed, let alone 3...

I wouldnt promote CAB to be honest, they are ok but there are other management free companies who can get stuff in place a lot quicker than CAB can. The free companies are also available 8am - 6pm...

With Bankruptcy it depends if all the creditors agree on the offers made. The applications dont always come off. Sorry this was from the beginning of the thread, just picked it up.
