Paid $3.249 ($3.399less 15c gas credit card discount) for BP gas today.

MS is far behind you ... the lowest here that I've found was yesterday at $3.79 pg.

It looks like prices are falling fast in southern MS - $3.79 seems to be among the highest that Gasbuddy-com is showing in the area this morning, with quite a few stations selling in the $3.30-3.39 range.

That said, given the energy policy in DC, I am not sure that there's much downside for prices now.

93 down to 5.39, get in!

93 octane is mostly in the $4.00-$4.20 range locally ATM, though I haven't put any gas in my BMW for several weeks - I was a paying around $4.60 - $4.80 about a month ago. We'll be taking the BMW on a trip to visit family in VA in a few weeks, and I will start using it for the school run again in 10 days too, so I'm pleased to see the recent drop in the cost of 93.

My buddy (as mentioned) just moved to NC, another excuse to go!

One week later, $4.59/gal ... so that's a 50 cent drop in a week. Things are changing fast!

Don't let them fool us guys, while gas is dropping it's still expensive compared to the 1.90 I was paying in the midwest before rises. Still more than 2x expensive that what was being paid before currently.

Crude recently went below 100 a barrel, and will (hopefully) continue to decline. US has little influence over OPEC, so in general terms, I don't feel fooled, just happy the price is going down.

$3.08 at the Circle-K next door which means, with their EasyPay, $2.98!

Can't remember the last time I saw sub-$3.00 gas.

$4.10 and $3.80 for the cheap stuff at BJ's, a couple towns apart yesterday.

Your Circle-K advertises the standard price and then knocks off the EasyPay discount? I had a right ding dong with a staff member a while back up here in SC because the road sign only displayed the EasyPay prive and I realised half way through fill up that I was paying over the local going rate and not the advertised price...

Prices seem to have held fairly steady here the last two weeks, a few more stations dotted around at $3.199 can be found but prices over the three or four counties in my daily commute are generally between $3.24 and $3.40.
I nearly choked when I drove past a station, a few days ago, that had regular ending in .999, was getting all excited and then realised that it was at $3.99 not $2.99 - there's always one stubborn hang out trying to grab...

Their display alternates between the regular price and the EasyPay price. I don't see it as any different from the stations that display a cash price and credit price.
I haven't signed up for Easypay but may consider it. This is a new gas station right next to work and, so far, are very competitive, even without Easypay.

Shell V-Power in Los Angeles is in the $6/gallon range.
