Well, you had me fooled. Given that you clearly didn't comprehend anything I said, I'd say that your literacy skills are a wee bit challenged. Tell me, is it difficult to be fluent in no languages?

As opposed to being fluent in bullshit like yourself?

I notice that you completely ignore any facts I've mentioned, that in itself makes it crystal clear that you have no possible response to them. As for me not comprehending anything you said...I fully comprehended that you have a rose tinted view of your own history. Far from having the common sense to say that it was ALL the allies that defeated the axis powers you went on to say ridiculously that the US could've done it on their own. Then went on to explain what a fantastic victory Vietnam was for the US because they killed more of the enemy than were killed themselves then compounded that by saying it was the US (alone) that defeat Iraq and went that historical innaccuracy was pointed out you again turned a blind eye. It is that sort of attitude from certain unworldly and illinformed USC's that get the average Brits hackles up and do the more intelligent citizens of your country a great disservice.

In short, your abit of a obnoxious wanker. I know I am..but thats my intention...yours is purely natural.

Bloody hell, you really are a twit.

You obviously missed the numerous occasions when I indicated quite clearly that I was articulating the views of the society, and not necessarily my own.

I gather from this exchange that your level of education is not very high, for I had made it abundantly obviously that I was attempting to serve as a sort of cultural interpreter for your benefit.

In case you haven't figured it out, I'm not exactly a flagwaver, and I've spent quite a bit of time both here and abroad and have friends in the UK, so I often understand where you're coming from, even if I don't always agree with it. At the same time, I also realize that you don't always have the depth of experience here to quite comprehend the quirks of American society, so I'm tossing a few background notes in your direction, so that you might better understand it, even if you choose not to ultimately like what you've learned.

You might have an easier time waking up if your head wasn't so firmly inserted in such a dark place, but sadly for you, proctology is not one of my fields of expertise.

I did, in fact, and turned up nothing of any significance, but I was referring to your statement about the U. S. barely entering the war.

Well I think it's common knowledge that many Members of Congress and other Americans didn't want to be involved in 'Europe's War' from the beginning - 1939 for us, remember? There were many sympathizers of Hitler and the Nazi Party ( Lindbergh, Prescott Bush and others) who aided and even financed them. After Pearl Harbor and declaration of war on the USA then attitudes changed. Are you questioning that ?

Henry Ford, a vehement anti-Semite, was awarded the Grand Cross of the Golden Eagle by Hitler, who was a great admirer of Ford. Profits made by the Cologne plant during the war eventually made it back to Dearborn once the war ended.
