Add that to the list of things that only drag queens can pull off.

I'm curious , did you have those sites bookmarked, or did you just bing/google them?

I spend a lot of time browsing r/all, posts from both of those subs pop up from time to time on there so I was aware of their existence as a result.

Sadly the two I showed crop up on my FB from time to time.

Organising dinner with folks. Throw out a bunch of dates and ask if anyone has preferences. Few days later, no answers, so organise on one of the dates for folks to say the other dates would have been better.

Well tough shit, should have mentioned it earlier.

I have this problem these days with body piercings in and around the mouth. I'm OK with ear piercings, and even subtle nose gems, but tongue ornaments, 'rings' that go around the lips, etc ... when I see those, my mind races to ... 'why ...' 'surely it hurts ...' 'surely it makes eating a pain ...' ... but mostly, 'why ... ' and in the process, I have completely lost track of whatever they were saying to me ...

Admittedly, I do love to have a laugh at the misfortune of others, and the laughs are greater when said misfortune is covered by denial as well.

This happens to me all the freaking time when I'm trying to organise events for my Girl Scouts and it pisses me off no end.

Family, pain in the arse.

Probably doesn't help I was organising another event for the same weekends and there wasn't any preference for that one either so picked the dates and went with it.

Though one of them, they're going on a weekend cruise, so it wasn't exactly a surprise that they couldn't make one of those dates. They were the one's whinging most that we hadn't hanged out over the holidays. Also, one's whinging most about being broke.
