Tw@splinters.

Sit in the billy no mates table for 2 in the corner you shart.

Around here people from different parties will readily share tables, but I get your point. That never happened in my experience in the UK.

Around here, not so much....plus with a couple of kids and the missus, that last table for 4 when there were about 6 table for two's along the wall.

I was a bit grumpy during the grocery shop.

My wrath was well spread though, so this person didn't feel singled out :/

People talking in the cinema. WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH THEM!!! I never came across it as much in the UK as I do in the US.

The worst was when I went to see Tim Burtons Alice in Wonderland and the woman next to me spent half the film dirty-talking to Johnny Depp on screen; though the woman who insisted on growling/purring every time Black Panther came on screen during Civil War is a close second

I remember one movie I went to see in the UK , the person next to me was talking on the phone through 90% of the film.

People using phones in cinema I also find distracting as they are quite bright.

Hence why I very very rarely go to the cinema these days.

The cinemas I go to have an instruction message shortly before the film starts to not use phones for exactly that reason, and it ends with a warning that management will remove people who ignore this instruction. I don't go to the cinema a lot, but I don't recall ever seeing someone using a phone/screen.

Everywhere does that.

Lucky. It's the main reason I almost never go anymore.

I was at the movies when the woman a couple of rows in front was on the phone...then she passed it to the woman behind and said 'she wants to speak to you'.

I have also seen baby strollers in the aisle...obviously the R rated movie was a must see for the parents.

Taking kids to adult films is another peeve. I certainly didn't get a baby sitter so I could listen to someone elses kid yowl through a non-kid film
