People posting with the sole intent of correcting VISA to visa. Especially when the correcting post also contains grammatical/capitalization errors. Because that is all you are actually correcting. If you've got something else to add, then sure, throw that in as an additional point, but is that really worth a post?

Otherwise there'd be hoards of electricians and hairdressers showing up at Orlando International Airport with a credit card trying to get in :nod:

(Obviously, all grammatical errors need to be pointed out but that ruins the anecdote somewhat ...)

It is an important difference to know, though. A Visa is what is required to get into the US; a VISA is what is required to receive any medical care once you get here ...
