Something to look forward to.

We had managed to make our daughter's birthday cake last all last week, but she ate the last of it over the weekend so we're cake-free at home as well.

The missus, who's from North Dakota, took it upon herself to make some UK Christmas puddings...best I've ever had.
We now have a stock in the freezer to dip into at the appropriate time although I feel we'll have moved back by the time they're done.

This is probably just a local thing, but I've just visited every gas station in my town to top up on air for my tires. Every single air hose had no pressure guage! What the hell is the point of that????.
