It's got to be said possibly again, but when you answer the phone and it's a wrong number and the person goes on argue with you that they haven't got the wrong number.

Well if you'd dialled the right number, you'd be speaking to your dentist and not me you dickwadded waste of oxygen.

Twice this week too.

Oh and back to the road works in town, they've finally finished one round-about, taken some lights down...but unfortunately they've turned what was a two lane approach into one lane entry to the round-about, but haven't actually put any signs up to the fact, so it's just a giant cluster.

Best thing to do is just agree with them and tell them the next available appointment is in November unless they would like to take a last minute appointment cancellation if they can get here in 30 minutes...:D
