Unfortunately, my understanding of rule 75, is that for a credit card company to refund any money, the minimum spend must be £100.
Where Ryanair are concerned, they do not sell return flights. You might think you have bought a return ticket, but in fact you have bought single tickets only with Ryanair. This is why when they cancel your outward bound journey, they never refund or cancel your return flight.
So unless your flight cost more than £100 I do not think you can claim.
