have to laugh at these "figures".,
after all, the people concerned would still be employed on other tasks, such as issueing speeding fines etc but no one asks how much that costs.
perhaps a few are seeing this as a way of uping their expenses

I thought a police officer was required to action all law breaking, not make a decision on the rights or wrongs of the case - which is left to the courts
