Morning Peter, well you have certainly done well for the short time you were out there, brilliant, things will certainly be moving forward for you now,I hope it goes has well for us when we finally make the move.
The weather here has been awful for a few days, typical the O/H had a few days off to tile the kitchen floor,he had to cut the tiles outside in the pouring rain and just got soaked,he,s returned to work today and its dry.My phone line was down all day yesterday,so its catch up today.
I saw a property on the net the other day which would have been perfect for us,but then I located it on the map and it was just to far inland from where we want to be,has Iv said before we will rent at first, but if the right property comes up in the meantime then we will go for it.
Well the kitchen and bathroom are very near to completion so I hope I will be getting someone in to value the house soon,we could do with getting a move on if we are going to make the move.
Im very pleased everything is falling into place for you,Im sure you will be keeping in touch with all the progress, its looking pretty good so far
All the Best..........Jean

Hi vox populia, hey there is so many of us hoping to be on the way,at least you have your house on the market,we are not quite at that stage yet.
I hope you have a quick sale so you can move on,I will be so excited when ours goes on the market, then its that waiting for the sale,it looks like it will be either the winter or next spring before we move now, still it will soon come round. We are hoping to take a trip over soon, hire a car for a week or two and travel around Andalucia ,calling at a few places to try and establish where we would most like to be.
I will keep my fingers crossed for you,a big good luck with the sale of your house, keep us posted..............

Hi all,

Haven't had access to my friends computer for long enough to post for a while. Amazing to see how many are on the move soon. 'Good luck' to you all. I shall be heading off day after tomorrow. I have spent the last few days saying goodbye for now to my friends, and finishing up the last of the paperwork. As soon as I get my computer up and running, I'' send some photos. I've confirmed with the removal firm that they are moving my stuff in on Monday. I can't wait to get everything under one roof, and stop living out of bags.

Nearly here. This is the time when you will have such mixed feelings. Excitement, dread, sad, happy, nervous, thrilled etc. Go with the flow and treat it as another step in your adventure. Stay calm and focussed and more than anything else stay in control of the situation, after all it is YOUR move and YOUR adventure.

Good Luck

Rosemary

Just an update on our progress, looks like completion on house sale will be around mid-August which will fit in just fine with the long-term let villa we've found in Alcalali Fingers crossed, cos it all seems to be going too smoothly.
