I'll put the word around Spanish forums that you two are having unofficial talks on behalf of both Gib and Spain to sort out the troubles.
I'm pretty sure you could sort out all the problems overnight with a little help from the odd jar or three.

I'm at present reading a book by V.Prichett, a very knowledgeable guy with regard to Spain and it's people.
Last night I came across this comment.....
"Spain does not really want Gibraltar, it only wants it's nuisance value."
The book was written back in the 1950s !
Some things never change.

The European Commission said this week that a 2011 review of the Eastside reclamation site found no evidence to suggest a breach of EU rules.
The Commission was responding to a question from a Spanish
MEP, Francisco Sosa Wagner, filed earlier this summer in the European Parliament.

Will Gibraltar be doing anything for Trafalgar day? There are various events in the UK. The National Maritime Museum has a special exhibition.
