Take your pick - schengen proofs depending on nationality of driver, driving licence recognition for goods transports vehicles, customs problems, or transport operator licencing. All these things require an agreement. If Gib is lucky then it will get one soon.

Considering that the driver, lorry etc is making return trips for the same company I consider all your points are covered.

So what are you now going to try and dig up to put the good British people of Gibraltar down with?

The only difference is that on the outward journey the EU is entered from France whilst of the return journey it is entered from Spain.who you claim are offering an OLIVE BRANCH
More like a poisoned chalice.

I don't think I'm digging anything up, the UK has the TCA, Northern Ireland has the Northern Ireland Protocol (that the UK seems to want to rip up), but Gibraltar does not have a proper agreement yet.

Your own government states many goods are still allowed.

There was a change in March and it was reciprocal:

Commercial vehicles to be hit by post-Brexit rule on Gibraltar border from 1 March

So this is not some blanket ban, it's just a question of getting the paperwork sorted.

A proper agreement will hopefully make things easier.

Thank you for continuing to DIG in your hatred of the British Gibraltarians

But nothing in your post explains why a transport company can transport goods from the UK to Gibraltar entering the EU by France but cannot transport the same classification of goods from Gibraltar to the UK entering the EU via Spain

The Government has awarded a new 35-year lease for the dockyard to Balaena Propco Limited, which has announced its acquisition of Gibdock.

The Balaena Group is an offshore utilities business based out of the UK, whose beneficial owner is British entrepreneur Simon Gillet.

Maybe not, the loyal British people of Gibraltar will welcome the couple.

This protest comes from the whingeing Spanish not from within.

The picture below is the old Royal Yacht Britania with Charles and Diana onboard being escorted at the start of their honeymoon.

Gibraltar played by a vital role during the Falklands conflict - including the re-fitting of the hospital ship, the SS Uganda.

Sitting in Dock no.2, the former educational cruise liner had to have a flight deck and helicopter platform installed, fittings for replenishment at sea as well as wards and operating theatres - in just 65 hours.

She would spend a total of 113 days out at sea, admitting 730 casualties of war, and carrying out 503 surgical operations.

And nothing in your post explains the exact reasons why lorries are being turned away or any details about the lorries, drivers, or goods (private individuals or a transport business, country where transport business is based if it is a business, nationality of driver, if the driver can prove all schengen requirements, etc...).

Nothing on the Gibraltarian government's website or the press indicates there is an ongoing blanket ban on transporting goods.

I don't hate Gibraltarians. Why would I? They voted against Brexit after all.

Have you not yet realised this has nothing to do with the Gibraltar government.

It is Spain that is causing this problem unlike what the French are doing at the Channel ports

The location of Gibraltarians in Spain is being tracked through the signal pinged to their Gibraltar mobile phones from Spanish telecoms masts.

Is big brother watching you? Mobile phone masts track Gibraltarians in Spain | Gibraltar Panorama

Next trip I must switch off my Gib sim and use my UK sim

They have been doing that for a long time, the UK also do it. Using your UK SIM won't help you either. However, I wouldn't worry about it. The only way they could trace it to you would be if the carrier gave them your details.
Here is the Spanish data, since the Gib Panorama failed to adequately quote their source:
Number of tourists, overnight stays and average monthly duration by continent and country of destination. (52049)

Regarding the UK:
Using Mobile Phone Data for Enhancing International Passenger Survey Traveller Statistics | Data Science Campus (ons.gov.uk)

Let's not forget if you have a smart phone your every movement is pretty much tracked. I'm not sure about bowel movements but even in the UK they test the sewage water to help identify outbreaks of infections, drug hotspots etc. Let's hope they don't identify the smugglers preferred route for the aforementioned drugs and tie that up with the cellphone data....

You will still be recorded and pinged from the same masts as your UK phone signal will be roaming using the same masts?
