Thank you, John (you are a star!), for attaching these pics/files once again! Very useful!
I was checking on Michaelh's site, and he lists as a new release Phase II
Costa Esuri townhouses, completion 2007. I don't know the map number.
He also mentions on property update that the staged handover in April is realistic for townhouses (as Sam mentioned in her post, back on page 92).
Regards,
Carol

Hola y bienvenido Juan,
Carol

Hi Carol&John,

The code for Townhouses is Rva 1-6 so look for the next area after RVA 4

Regards,

John.

PS I think it is RVA-1 just behind our plot. It was well under way when we were out in February!

PPS Please let us non-linguists in on the Spanish take on the tardiness of Fadesa.

If you copy the text and run it through a translater, you will see how hard it is to get English to Spanish or vice verca in the right context

See grahams post ( 1420 )

Hi Andrea

You want the Skin So Soft range and order the Soft & Fresh dry oil spray (it used to be called Woodland Fresh).

Exclamation Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part III

Dear All

There has been some complaints in Costa Blanca area recently about the independence of Solicitors who deal closely with Real Estate Agencies. We advice the Costa de la Luz visitors to check more than one professional opinion before hiring Solicitors services instead of leaving their matters in the wrong hands.

This is just an advice from our point of view.

Regards,

Hi all,

we arrived home last night from our trip to snag on our duplex apartment on Manzana 6 Pueblo Andaluz. Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment and the surrounding areas. Just a couple of minor problems which Fadesa has promised to sort out. If our apartment is anything to go by, I would advise to check the quality of the internal joinery work, there were scratches, and some slight damage from nails. Not a big problem at all though. What a change since we last visited. The development looks huge as you drive over the bridge from Portugal, but the site itself is really coming on, and everything seems to be done to a high standard.

We hoped to complete by the end of April, and have arranged a holiday for 18-25 April to do the clean up, install air-con, lights etc but our solicitor has just called to say it might be early May. Best laid plans and all that.

We met up with Sam and Benny who were lovely, and enjoyed the beautiful weather for a couple of days. We also met Trevor from Furniture Frontera who has some fantastic furniture for sale. We bought most of our big items from Trevor and I can highly recommend his store for both the quality of what he is selling and his helpfulness.

There were plenty of mozzies around, but luckily we weren't bitten. The Riu Atlantico was lovely, and all in all, it was a great trip, which has confirmed we have bought in the right place. The pictures below are of Manzana 6 Pueblo Andaluz, looking towards the river.

Take care all,

Karen

Hi tedandsharon,

If you look at the map and the key I posted to development areas you will see that there are six RVA areas to be developed each area will have several blocks so you could be on say RVA- 5 manzana 6 which is up to the north-edge of CE and I don't think it is very well advanced at the moment. That may be regarded as phase 2 but I don't know for certain.

Regards,

John.

Hi all,
Haven't posted for a while but I have just read a few posts and just wanted to say what I understand will be the handover of townhouses.
Manzanas 1,2,3,4,6,5 in that order and they say it will be starting in April. I have been inside some of the townhouses and they look pretty much finished. It is only really the garden areas and internal roads between Manzanas that need to be finished.
It is looking good and it will be nice when they start putting in some commercial areas.
I was down in El Rompido Monday afternoon and took a picture for all of you who have been watching snow fall. Just another reason for Choosing Costa de la Luz

Enjoy
Michael

Default 3 bed needed to rent

Hi all,
I have a person who wants to rent out a 3 bed ground floor apartment in Costa Esuri Rago 2 for at least a year. Anyone out there interested? They won´t want it furnished as they have their own stuff. They will rent from now.
Send me a Pm if you are interested.

Thanks
Michael

Hi folks,
No great mystery here. I was just trying to explain to Juan what Sam had posted back on page 92 (#1380), and what Michaelh has recently explained re: townhouses. I needed to make sure Juan was talking about the same townhouses that Sam was talking about (RVA-4), and I believe he is. My translation goes hopefully like this:
"Hi & welcome Juan,
I'm sorry my spanish isn't better, but I have read here and on another web page that Fadesa will complete with manzanas 1,2,3, and 4 on RVA-4 in April 2006. This is as it is, because Fadesa is trying to complete firstly with the Rago apartments (re: Sam's post). We are waiting also to enter our duplex (grouped housing: ie. Pueblo Andaluz) since December 2005, and , in reality, it will probably be May, June, or perhaps July 2006! What a pain (or similar word to that effect)!
I hope that you will complete on your home soon,
Carol

Translation (correct me if I am wrong, jdr!! )
Hi Carol, Many thanks for answering me. Your spanish is very good (ahem, ahem! ) On the other hand, I know nothing about english. I can tell you that manzanas 1,2, and 3 are totally finished (ie. construction) since several weeks ago. Yesterday I was in the urbanization and saw them. However, manzanas 4,5, and 6 are behind in time. The reason for my anger is that they (Fadesa) have misled me since December 2005. They don't give information about the delay (well, what a surprise!). I am very angry with Fadesa and I feel like denouncing them in court for breech of contract. All are lying in Fadesa, above all Miss Belen Sanmartin. Cheers from Andalucia.
Please do not shoot the translator.
