Thanks so much for this, Linda - I just wondered how she is getting on. Will log on later to see if she's PM'd me.
Hope things are well with you too!

Good luck and let us all know what happens!

Hi thanks for your reply, yes it certainly does look like a nice house, I have talked to he guy on the phone it was work reasons he returned for. He assures me the hse cannot be subject to land grab! Do you recognise the property? Why do you say its in Frailes? As he gives address as Hondon Da Las Nieves! Can you recommend any agents who sell property there? Also we would want to lease a bar/shop as a bussiness would that work in that area?

Hi Flanny
I know the house that you are looking at in Nieves, not very well, but I actually took over a cleaning business from the lady of the house back in 2005 and visited the house. Anyway, the house was nothing like it is today, they have done a lot of work on it and the info they state about 3 title deeds etc is all the same as they told me way back then. I know that the lady that owned the house wasn´t very happy here in Spain, at the time, she thought it was way too quiet a life.
Anyway, good luck , Aspeangel x

Hi Aspenangel,
Thanks for the info, do you think £180,000 is about the right price for the property? Do you still run the cleaning bussiness? what are work prospects like?

Hi DiddyDi
The cleaning business changed quite a bit and we now run a property management business on a Golf Course. But looking in CampoMag and various Expat magazines there seems to be a real lack of domestic cleaning services being offered again. Why don´t you pop yourself an ad in Campo and see whether you get anywhere, when I offered the service through Campo I got a few clients, I was pretty much working everyday and out in the Hondon, La Romana areas. Didn´t make a fortune but kept us ticking over. Having said that I might be looking to take someone on in the near future, PM me.
Take care, AspeAngel x

Hi

Does anyone have any information of a new golf course within the new urb plans on Hondon, if so would love to know, I am hopefully going to get over to the Ayuntamiento soon to ask but on catch up as have been away and just wondered...

I have people interested in a property here and I try and get as much info as I can for them that is backed up so any pointers will be greatfully appreciated...

As far as I know the Andalucian gov has stopped allowing anymore urbanization/golf course projects.

We are under the Valencian government here and I know a lot have been refused here too but there still seems to be talk of new ones being built.
By the way I was in Estepona over the weekend and the weather was beautiful which is more than I can say for today here in Albatera!!!
Wet cool and miserable!
If anyone can tell me anything, there is also I believe one planned for La Romana and one has been refused or rather not given the go ahead for here in Albatera!
