I already hear that there are a few neighbourly issues up the hill, some folk bring their bad habits, 'baggage' and UK attitude and these are the ones that still wake up grumpy... thankfully they are in a minority. Come to Spain and it's a fresh start - clear out the baggage, embrace the new world... SMILE!

BTW : Not a dog lover - they cause tension around here, there's so many.

And yesterday we had an Earth Quake (3.5) - .... which was nice (NOT).
Its ok i dont live up the hill, but i do have two dogs.......sorry.
havent had any problems in that way. Well thats a lie there was one dutch lady..... long story.
As for the earth quake i looked on the web to find the strenght but couldnt find it so thanks for that info. Yes it was scarey wasnt it, i hear that it was the strongest around here for over seven years !!!!

Morning all....

I have been looking for a place on the Urb for ages but there is no way im buying at the moment.... Prices down from 250+ to 190 with a pool.

Seriously how much lower can they go. I've been advised that a 3 bed with a pool will be 150K Euro with 18 months!!!!

Is that likely??

Would that be a resale Colin? I spoke to Rosa last month and she said there were 6 plots left and the builder would not reduce his price on them. Hindsight is a wonderful thing - we bought our plot in 2006 and have spent a fortune doing the garden etc and still have a pool to pay for, then we see resales complete with what we have forked out for cheaper than we bought our plot for!!

Linda, i was offer one at 180 without a pool and one for 190ish with a pool but i can only see prices going much much lower...its a simple supply and demand factor...

Yes hindsight... i would rather wait for 18 months than get my fingers burnt but i do love the area.
