Good thought thanks. I will contact Hungarian lawyer to clarify this. I might run into problems if I ship furniture to Hungary while moving to Finland. Shipping Co. don't know the laws of countries...

I owned it since November 2012. The owners moved out with zero certificate for utilities. So there is no left over charges.

Still looking for apartment manager.
Probably would have to go with large agency, such as Duna. I am simply baffled that in Budapest where many complain that there are no jobs and income is too low...

Thank you for your estimate, that seems to be inline with US prices for similar jobs. Even adding another 200,000 for 5 large windows the price is reasonable for the amount of work and cost of paint....
