If they had good full comp cover on their caravan, it probably would have covered the tow back to the address on their policy for both caravan and car. Our motorhome policy does and the caravan...

Cronulla could be an option, on the beach - much faster than Stanwell Park if you get the right train , though I guess the house prices are a lot higher.

Having travelled in to Sydney many times...

That's a very long commute if you intend to do it every day. By train is going to be about 1 1/2 hours each way and by car well over 2 hours if you hit the traffic going in and out.

They are supposed to be for awning poles, but we use ours for storing TV aerial, ground sheets and water hoses. Fishing rods are on the roof rack. We need every bit of space!

We didn't see a lot of repeat people in Jan and Feb - really just a lot of holiday makers. But now its a bit more teh serious travellers, and yes we are seeing plenty of people over and over again.

Its now just over three months since we gave up our jobs and sold our house in Sydney.

Already been in NSW, Tas, Vic, SA and now just crossed the Nullarbor to W.A.

Enjoying every minute of it!...

No, not at this stage. Already been to Ayers Rock and Coober Pedy by flying in. At this stage, doesn't justify the time/cost of fuel to go back. Our campervan cannot go off road, so we cannot do any...

I have stayed at the lighthouse beach resort and certainly wasn't a 'resort'. The Clifton does look better.
