I used to read Stephen King - but I stopped cos I was getting bad dreams (after IT!!)


Just finished Incendiary by Chris Cleave - I really loved it - might not be to everyone's taste though.

Its annoying isnt it Pecora - they lead you to believe its one author when in reality its not. That would really pee me off too :p

My dilemma is that I am a book lover. I love the feel, the smell...

Have you read the next one by her - Lollipop Shoes - I really enjoyed it, but I think my favourite of hers was Five quarts of an orange closely...

I dont usually like the films cos they never stay true to the book. I think one of the only films that did that was Chocolat. Does The Help film pan out like the book?

Have just ordered a book that lots of my students told me about - its called
The Solitude of Prime Numbers by Paolo Giordano (yes an italian :))

Will let you know if it lives up to expectations !

I'm sure you're right Indie. My post often comes in one lump so I do think he saves it up. My mum and sister sent us cards for our anniversary - they sent them on Feb 18th and we only got them...

Hubby found me a book at the 2nd hand shop here and it was and english book so he asked them how much and they said - oh you can have it for 50 cents !!! Its quite good too - called Blood Memories....

Durobird - I've read alot of other Ken Follet books - some of them are really good (although Pillars of the Earth is my favourite)
