When universities are putting on remedial reading and writing classes for undergrads in the UK, how can the govt possibly educate teenagers on the dangers of smoking & drinking whilst pregnant?

The abortion rate is much higher in Canada. Lives births per 1000 in UK is 30.8. Live births in Canada per 1000 is 20.2.

People are shunned for being different all of the time. If your face doesn't fit and your neighbours are uneducated and narrow minded I would say that it is quite likely something nasty will happen.
