Employers can't offer a permanent job to someone on a restricted visa (e.g. Working Holiday Visa, that only allows employment for 6 months with an employer). An unrestricted visa has no conditions...

90 minutes of reading through the questions ensured I got 99/100...

Strictly you should advise Adelaide if you are entering Aus, since the visa must be granted whilst you are offshore.
