Parent visa option if 50% children not PR

hi everybody
I want to apply for my parents visas and need to know my options. I am the only out of 4 children on PR so i cannot apply them a PR directly (correct me if I am wrong coz it says 50%...

you dont need to send any hard copies to DIAC. Only ACS needs hard copies notarized. PCC goes to DIAC and its just coloured scanned

i validated in perth on 3rd november and then went to SS office the next day
was given a form to fill my details

my wife got a PR with me when she was not pregnant. now she ll be entering australia in two days to validate PR and she is pregnant. Just out of curiosity asking if there are any special instruction...

176 is commensurate to 175 except u have a moral obligation to live in sponsoring state
