Well heres my thoughts - they have permission to convert - all paperwork is in order.

The place is really nice, but locality wise its not all that great - esp if a new family is coming over - not...

So should i entertain it - my major concern is that the kids will hate being in the desert with no sign of life close by. If i was in AD Island, at least kids could go into the malls or shops are...

If the money aspect wasnt there as in you cannot afford to make ends meet - then it doesnt matter which country you are in - you will not be happy......

i dont think anyone wants to move somewhere...
