I'd still say end July for release of WA SMP, because under australia's federal system of government each state has considerable sovereignty over immigration and other issues.

I can be fairly certain to assume so, the fees for 175 are the first installment ONLY, unless you are of non-english speaking nationality or dependents over 18?
