I'd still say end July for release of WA SMP, because under australia's federal system of government each state has considerable sovereignty over immigration and other issues.

The bridging visa between whv and 175 PR not an option so. I could apply for pr now but only have 10 out of previous 24 months work experience, haven't worked in past year and a bit.
