Hi there, I'm in the same boat, we applied on the 18th of Feb 10 for SS to WA and have also heard nothing. Spoke with my agent and he said we've just got to be patient which is easier said than done. They appear to be taking 6 to 7 months to process at the moment. I just wish there was someone there you could talk to, even an acknowledgement that they are getting near your application would help ease the frustration. I'll let you know if i hear anything.

I heard it was going to be start issueing in September and many applications in the pipeline could get rejected for not meeting the SMP requirements

Sorry but what do the initials SMP stand for and why is this a problem to existing applicants.
The comments above talk of discussing things with case officers how do you get to speak to them, the number on the WA web site takes you through to a school? I do have a time issue with my application and was hoping to get an answer mid July is it possible to give these people a friendly nudge or is that best left to your agent?
