The hotels in Vegas are always offering deals so you can usually stay at any of the top hotels inexpensively. Simon mentioned Paris so I imagine he would be happy with any of those in a similar price...

For the Police Clearance you need a National fingerprint-based check. You will receive the instructions and telephone numbers in packet 3. Call the number in your state before going ahead...
