Building work on house dated before 1951

Hi All
I am after some information as to what can and can't be done on a house built before 1951 the house dates from 1937.
What are the rules for what you can do and what needs permission....

I don't have a breakdown but i have just got another house in my village and all tax's and fee's came to 907€ to purchase the house.
The sale price was 7,500€.

Amazon.DE as Spain give you a price 17€ the UK it's 8£ plus delivery of 10£. Spain and Germany charge 17€ plus import tax of 8€ because the stock item come from UK suppliers.
You can't change Amazon...

Towards the end of the year i have a Van and open trailer to drive over to near where i live. The trip will go through Calais because the owner liver in sight of Dover.

To get the best rate and then use Wise
Put this into Google Gbpeuryahoo This gives the Interbank rate that is the live rate if you want the best exchange from Wise. Its the top of the Google search...
