Personally I would say over estimate by a little, moved my girlfriend (now wife) in one of the bigger units and was glad I did as all the silly stuff (blankets, plates, books etc) really add up....

Oh, and some malt vinegar in the batter helps too, fry off a little batter first and taste it..........Add a little at a time (same with salt). You can always add but not take it out!
