asics every time - started years ago with 2040 series and run 4 marathons. If you have porked out and a bit heavyweight then asics kayano may save your knees.

We naively thought this would easy and would sail through quickly but it was nearly 4 weeks ago that we had our XRays, which immigration have confirmed receipt of along with all other docs, but still...
