The food is good, more authentic Indian than Brit Indian so don't go there looking for a High Street Curry House experience.

We moved to Nova Scotia, from Edinburgh 18 months ago. Our kids were 8 and 10 at the time and settled into the Nova Scotia school system really well.

Course credits can be transferable - but it is very much at a course by course level.

Don't worry too much about the confidence thing, most universities offer help in the areas you have...

I submitted my transcripts when we applied (even though almost 20 years had passed for some of them). They arrived quickly, and I think it cost £10 for each one. Not too much to pay for peace of mind...
