Landing tomorrow!!
Hi everyone - just wanted to share our excitement...we are landing at Halifax tomorrow night!!!! It's so unreal, even though we actually left home about five weeks ago. We move into our new home on Friday so it's all very exciting

Congratulations. How does that work then - do they send your PR to you in Halifax? Do you have to leave the country and re-enter again?

No - we received the PR in Sept. I've made journeys to Halifax in that time but not 'landed'. We left the UK on Christmas Day and have spent the last few weeks in Florida while our goods are at least part-way crossing the Atlantic - well you might as well, mightn't you?! just having a steadying drink tonight....

Wow - I don't envy you going from the warmth of Florida at this time of year. But at least you've escaped the freezing cold we had in the UK. Have a good flight.
