Population of 320,00 so relatively small . Nice City but as with most Canadian large populations ,very multi cultural so good choice of shops and restaurants . I have no idea about the schools but...

Not sure about the DVD player ,although the cheaper ones sold in Canada play UK discs (region 1?). My sons PS2 wouldn't play so we have sold discs etc.
