There are two of us (couldn't do it on one salary). Joint income is around $170k.

I could probably earn more if I went IT contracting, but in the current downturn am happy to be in a full time...

Was a general checkup when I had mine plus chest Xray and Blood test. Took about 1 hour.

You can only use their 'doctors' though and it cost about £200
