I've had a few quotes and PSS have come in as the cheapest, they also offer a 'standard liability cover' at 2.8% of value of goods rather than marine insurance which seems to start at 3% plus tax. ...

Are you the mother or father (ie is ex father or mother). Were you and your ex married? Also how old are kids? Asking cause if never married and kids born before 1998 then father does not have...

I've been told a big fat no to my seagrass baskets etc by removal companies. It's just not worth the risk and cost of fumigation/treatment etc - it's a huge amount. I'm donating ours to family.

Can't believe you've had to go through all of this. I was in a similar situation with my 11 year old son. My ex did not have parental responsibility, as we were not married and the law did not...

Bad news is that it's been on the market since September...like you every viewing takes me a day to prepare. Trouble is hardly any viewings. We like near the lakes in a v popular 2nd home village...
