sorry for the delay but we are homeless and relying on relatives for email access at the minute

anyway less of that WE GOT IT

it was the worst day of my life and I would never want to experience anything like that again. He bottled at the last minute and claimed to be in a car crash so all the court session was done by telephone. His demands were extreme he wanted 5k plus 2 return airtickets per year plus once a year we bring my daughter back plus he wanted me to go alone ans leve may daughter for 3 months to bond with him.

I was so angry he hasnt wanted her in 5 years but the money and travel was to much for him to miss out on anyway final deal was struck we had to agree to bring her back once a year and pay for him to vist once a year plus indirect contact in between times and in return he agreed we could go in jan after 2 contact visits.

Our case officer has said she will grant visa on 7th jan and we fly on 19th jan

I would like to thank everyone for there pms, emails and texts with best wishes and good luck it really helped us through this and I will always be available to anyone who ahs to go through this because many things I have been told and learnt from the forum helped us in this process
