I lived in Taiwan for a year - trust me Feng Shui is no laughing matter there - big buildings are started on certain days and deals postponed. Stories of bad FS are all around and are not taken...

:) Good luck - I know how frustrating it can be - send out positive thoughts - believe it will sell and it will!! eventually!! I had a house in Spain that had a "niche" market - took about 18 months...

I had this problem too - could not think of a way round it so went round to Ann M - gave her the $$ and had her do it as she still has a UK account and put my music on CD - not ideal but a good way...

Just as an FYI- there is no such thing as "private health" like PPP or BUPA however everything that is not covered by your province can be supplemented by a company like Blue Cross. Here in Alberta...
