let me clear up a couple of points, My son doesn't have a full-time aide its only part-time in classes where it is really necessary. Aspergers syndrome is no longer funded in Alberta either...

When we were coming over in 2005 I emailed the schools and made sure I got a reply about which grade the kids would be in and what documents the schools needed this way they knew my kids were coming....

Our kids were 12 and 14 when we arrived and I did worry about them because one was shy and the other has Aspergers syndrome, didn't need to worry, in school I found the teachers much more...

Our son was 13 when we first came over on twp and will turn 16 next week and we became PR's in April - so i hope this gives you hope.

YES! it can be done. My son has Aspergers syndrome and we came here in 2005 on a TWP, we did our medicals and were initially refused with the statement that he would be a drain on the Canadian health...

Sorry got the teddy in UK it was for kids in some catalogue I had. I'm sure I've seen the same thing here though for babies so have a look in the baby section of your nearest store or you can get...

We've just added our cute chihuahua to our family too, Luna is 3 months old and very cute. We've only had her for 2 weeks and she loves chasing us around the house or cuddling up on us for a snooze....

If you have lived in Canada on a TWP and applied for PR from Canada you can "land" at your local CIC office we landed in Edmonton in April.

In Scotland you may find its different unless things have changed since 2005 because in 2005 when we requested our records we were told we couldn't have tham they were the property of the health...

I will really depend on where you are the choices I have are Extra foods, Walmart and IGA - we use Extra foods and Walmart, IGA tend to be expensive.
