hahahahaha...Yes I heard!! So far I just hire a car when I need it, but I have to give in and buy one. But I can't do that without NIE and I can't get NIE because I am not working for Spanish...

Hi again. yes I have UK photo licence but the address is still old UK one. Surely I have to change it, and if I give them Spanish address they won't give me new UK licence. Am I thinking wrong?
