You can get 10 acres for well under $400,000 ................. we actually bought 9.6 acres in November for under $300,000.

It is a little bit out in the bush at the moment and maybe somewhat off...

Be very careful if you opt for the 'Possession prior to Settlement' option.

Same usually means that you accept the place 'as-is' and you waive your rights for all plumbing, gas, and electrical...
