Our applications were sent Feb 2012, acknowledgement March 2012 and started processing December 2012....

I ordered myself a dressing gown (per una) was about 20 quid with free shipping, had to pay just over $20 when it was delivered. Tax and handling fees. Wont do that again in a hurry:thumbdown:

We have found HSBC to be brilliant, have account in UK and one here. Our pensions are still paid in UK as we still have houses unsold over there so still paying untility bills. Very easy to transfer...
